    With our Texas base we can provide both our operations and clients with a level of support that is unmatched in our industry. We know that the mission of the corporate and field staff is to support our field operations, and that is exactly what we do.
    We have a management support team committed to operating excellence, and we actively coach the unit managers to exceed both client expectations and our standards of operation. Not only do our managers get a lot of attention from the corporate office support staff, our clients do too. 
    Our controller and our Chief Operations Officer meet regularly with clients to review our performance and forecast coming months.
    We audit different areas of each unit's performance at least six times a year. Included in these audits are a quality evaluation, a safety and a financial audit. These audits are shared with our clients unedited.
    After having served Texans for almost seventy years in venues as varied as drive-ins and gourmet restaurants and cafeterias, we have a real understanding of what customers expect to see in a cafeteria and how it should look and taste.
    Prince's fine dining background has provided for our success in catering. From seven-course French Service dinners for fifty to BBQ for two thousand or a light supper for two on a corporate jet, our catering skills have been making our clients happy for over 50 years.
    Our volume of purchasing in our units gives us not only leverage with suppliers for the best product at the right price, but also real dollar savings that we are able to pass through to our clients.
    More importantly, we do not have supplier agreements that prohibit our managers from finding the best product for their operation. Whether it's strawberries, fish, bagels or steaks, we are going to find the best purveyor for our clients, and it's not necessarily going to be the biggest one or the one that sells us most of our other groceries.
    Clients today are looking for a partner, not a contractor requiring supervision. We are your partner. At a time when the marketplace is being dominated by mega food service companies - unwieldy, depersonalized and bottom line driven - Prince Food Systems stands out as a regional, independent committed to quality, customer service and affordability.
    Our clients vary in size from three hundred employees to over seven thousand employees and from heavy industrial plants to health care facilities. Many of our clients have tried other, larger contracting companies before they chose Prince. They have found themselves much happier with a regional company managing their food service business, a company committed to quality, customer service and affordability.


Entrees are prepared using recipes developed over years of fine dining and full service restaurant. The chicken fried steak is big and it's always hand-breaded; so are the shrimp and the chicken tenders. We know how important it is to offer a wide selection of freshly cooked vegetables. Vegetables are always fresh and there can be as many as 14 different choices. 

 

The Tex-Mex recipes have been developed in our Texas kitchens and they taste like it. The tortillas are fresh, the enchiladas are hand-rolled and the "picante" sauce is made fresh in the client kitchen, not from a jar.

   

When we developed our Lite and Healthy Foods program for our cafeterias, we took special care to create a program that was much more inventive and exciting than just broiled chicken and fish. We also did not want to make low calorie food items that were identical to items we normally served so that taste comparisons could be made. This program has been successful for us because it offers so many new items.

   

Desserts are baked on site. There are at least five different homemade pies and cakes available daily!
