Prince’s fine dining background has provided for our success in catering. From seven-course dining for fifty to BBQ for two thousand, or even a light supper for just a few during those late business meetings- our catering skills have been making our clients happy for over 75 years.
Our volume of purchasing in our units gives us not only leverage with suppliers for the best product at the right price, but also real dollar savings that we are able to pass through to our clients.
More importantly, we do not have supplier agreements that prohibit our managers from finding the best product for their operation. Whether it’s strawberries, fish, bagels or steaks, we are going to find the best purveyor for our clients, and it’s not necessarily going to be the biggest one or the one that sells us most of our other groceries.
